Is there a specific location for Password Expiry Email Notification Template?

hello , happy day,

every 90 days, users of company, receive notification email passworalert@mycompany.com, remind them change password.  

today, looking @ email template, boss told me need make changes notification email template, because stuff outdated.

do know if there specific location on ad or windows server 2008 r2 in general, can find template email can apply changes?  and if there not specific location, if me, start find template?

we not use exchange.  as email service use gmail.

there isn't such element stored in ad.  what typically done script created , saved somewhere, on member server of domain, , scheduled task cause script iterate through ad users , inform them when password change expire.  so can't tell script stored.  but gallery script rated 4.5 out of 5 stars provide more background on how done:  password expiry email notification

Suspicious event log Event ID: 4905

DCOM received error "2147746132" from...
