can not update windows

i can not update .... microsoft .net framework 3.5 service pack 1 , .net framework 3.5 family update .net versions 2.0 through 3.5 (kb951847) x86

hi,

which mechanism use updating? windows update or have downloaded installation packet?

do error messages or entries in event log? os dou use?

you can try remove older versions .net cleanup tool. @ site, there download links , description how use: http://blogs.msdn.com/b/astebner/archive/2008/08/28/8904493.aspx. after that, download version need , try install manual. meanwhile can .net 4
