VMC not refreshing

hi. use windows server 2012 , many vm's on server.

and noticed, if logn time not working vm - display vm "pused". example:
run windows update , wait when finish, windows update paused. still wait when finish install 2 updates - long time never happens. , process-line have 1 position. when tired of waiting go vm , display switch moment )

is possible fix display refresh? because i can wait hours (

i don’t understand did mean “paused”, paused status displayed in hyper-v manager or vm looks paused, no response?

what’s os version of these guest vms, guest vms have same problem?

have installed latest integration service these guest vms? run windows update on host server install latest updates.

run windows update in guest vm?

give more detailed description of problem understand issue.
