remove windows server 2008r2

i tried install windows server 2008 r2 , not , cannot remove installation

partition wizard home edition:

of features , functions include: resizing , move partitions, restore partition after accidental deletion, create partition, delete partition, format partition, convert partition, explore partition, hide partition, change drive letter, set active partition.

download boot cd version , use delete or format drive or partition r2 installed.
