Network Issues / NIC Teaming / iSCSI NIC

my hyperv server has 2 quad ethernet port cards in , first 4 in team virtual switch static ip, dns , gatway.

the other card has 2 of 4 nics disabled , 2 of nics have static ip without dns or gateway used iscsi multi-pathing. 

it not uncommon me log hyperv box , find has "no internet connection" , after reboot may short while fails. after while lose time , cannot rdp @ all! have physically login , reboot it.

i including screenshots of me setup aid in information may needed me figure out:

with many nics, i'm assuming 1gb?

if so, configure 1 of free adapters used solely host management, , uncheck "allow management operating system share network adapter" option in vswitch properties.

i find run less issues when host management running on vswitch. 

also, think teaming interfaces both quad nics vm traffic if haven't already. example team 2 interfaces each quad-port nic nic team protect production vm traffic nic failure.

Suspicious event log Event ID: 4905

DCOM received error "2147746132" from...
