Hyper V network problem, Virtualbox installed and unistalled

hi,

i'm using windows 8 enterprise
i had vitrualbox installed uninstalled it.
i downloaded vs 2012 alm virtual machine, provided microsoft, winserver2008r2 http://blogs.msdn.com/b/briankel/archive/2011/09/16/visual-studio-11-application-lifecycle-management-virtual-machine-and-hands-on-labs-demo-scripts.aspx
in hyper-v manager i created new external virtual switch , added newtork adapter vm using switch.
as guest os on vm couldn't identify network set static ip local area connection 5 (hyper-v newwork adapter).
i run troubleshooter , here result

whats wrong?

reboot network box , reboot rest of shop

you may need clean machine when changing hypervisors each has own baggage.

a desktop os not best running virtual machines, better use dedicated host

8 has own topic hypervisor included skus

this server version of hyper-v has different uses etc

windows mvp, xp, vista, 7 , 8. more people have climbed everest having 3 mvp's on wall.
