error when using ISO on a hyper-v host to create a new VM

we following error when using image create new vm. 

the image has been confirmed work on other hyper-v host not image issue.

the following error when using hyper-v manager during a new windows 2012 server setup:

windows installation encountered unexpected error. verify installation sources accessible, , restart installation.error code: 0xe0000100

discovered after changing minimum ram 12 gb error disappeared.

Suspicious event log Event ID: 4905
