Account locked on a regular basis. I'm trying to find Windows Logon Monitor tool so i can track what is happening.

i have user account locked out of account every morning when comes work. i'm trying track down device may locking account.

basically have 3 options problem:

service/process trying authenticate wrong password. can software or hardware 9survaliance cameras) using old credentials perform s specific action: send notification email, log king of event, , impersonate user reason…

human error.

bruce force attack.

(rarely) bad replication in environment

 

fyi if hav emultuple dc's (aka logon servers) either should limit th euser logon specific dc , set logging on dc or enable logging on dc's , see user has logged onto.
