share same SQL for SCCM and SCOM

hi all,

i planning deploy sccm , scom in infrastructure. planning share same sql server both sccm , scom. read in blogs , if share same sql instance sccm , scom, reporting service of 1 product destroy install of another. kindly advice me how proceed in scenario. should install multiple instances of reporting service on same server? if so, should buy more sql licenses (installing multiple sql instance on same server). kindly give me valuable advices.

hi,

opsmgr takes on security of reporting services makes instance of reporting services unusable other applications. can install new instance of reporting services on same server or host new instance of reporting services on different server. if hosting reporting point on different site server, follow install reporting services , rs site role on same system. ssrs capable of using remote sql server database.

Suspicious event log Event ID: 4905

DCOM received error "2147746132" from...
