New Hyper-V Environment - system assessment


i have developed new domain windows server 2012 r2 , windows essentials in hyper-v environment , system assessment performed make sure there no glaring mistakes architecture.  small corporate office 10 users.  hardware platform dell poweredge 710 server 48gb of memory and six 500mb drives.  there 2 virtual machines on hyper-v core server, first vm pdc, active directory, anywhere access, windows essentials, dns. second vm runs exchange 2013, symantec mail security exchange, wsus , print server.

as far know, not recommended mix several roles on 1 server.

you build more vms , separate roles on different vms.

besides, if possible, build physical dc backup.
