Group Policy Preferences Errors - Event ID 8194

i have windows 7 workstation (possibly more one) keeps giving following error every time group policy refreshed.

event id 8194

the client-side extension not apply user policy settings 'policyname  {policyguid}' because failed error code '0x80070003 system cannot find path specified.' see trace file more details.
have tried applying following hot fixes both not applicable workstation

have turned on trace files , found following

i have run dcdiag on domain controllers , looks fine can tell. manually checked few dc's sysvol folders replication , looks fine there too.

anyone have ideas next?

regarding hotfix, please make sure have chosen right version:

besides, please collect rsop report of windows 7 system , paste here further troubleshooting.

DFSR RPC replication errors 5014 1726 with large files over VPN
