Cortana doesn't open and search field doesn't work

so i'm on build 10240 right , if click on cortana icon nothing happens, start menu still working.

i tried command in powershell:

get-appxpackage -allusers | foreach {add-appxpackage -disabledevelopmentmode -register "$($_.installlocation)\appxmanifest.xml"}
if search cortana options in settings app nothing after clicking it



where located?

on july 29, cortana debut on windows 10 in 7 countries: u.s., uk, china, france, italy, germany , spain.

Suspicious event log Event ID: 4905

DCOM received error "2147746132" from...
